Pratio is both a greenfield developer as well as an acquirer of early to mid-stage development projects in its target markets.
The Company advances acquired projects and once it has substantially eliminated the development risk, in most cases, Pratio then offers projects to investors. If desired by the investors, the Company will see a project through to competition.
